Wallaby players cleared by police of taxi driver attack

Tuqiri Police have decided that Wallaby players were in no way involved in a serious attack on a taxi driver, which occured outside of the team hotel last Friday and left the man in intensive care.

The authorities were apparently most keen to talk to the greatest tag-team in world rugby, Lote Tuqiri and Matt Dunning, who of course currently hold the Intercontinental Nightclub Boxing Championship.

Australia were at the hotel following their pre-Rugby World Cup boot camp, and due to arrive in France on 23rd August.
