Wales get some more Brains
The WRU have signed a new deal with SA Brain & Co to sponsor the front of their shirts until 2012. However, the shirt is not the only factor is boozetastic deal, as the brewery's newest product SA Smooth will be served in the Millennium Stadium as well.
Welsh Rugby Union Group Chief Executive, Roger Lewis, said: “We are proud to be associated with a company which represents success in getting pissed up in Wales. Brains is based on strong tradition combined with modern thinking and strong commercial drive which echoes what we are achieving within the professional game. ”
I often wonder what people outside of Wales must think Brains is. Did any of you readers not from the bit attached to England know (before you read this, obviously)? Let us know in the comments.
