You have had your say and now it is time to reveal who you believe to be the the best team of the last ten years. It's been an emotional journey - I don't think I shall hear the name Rupeni Caucaunebuca again without weeping in shame - but we are finally here. I must say that I wouldn't fancy playing against this lot and I doubt many would.
